In 2003, Fraport AG introduced a Values Management System which ensures ethical business conduct. Part of the program for diffusion of this system is its implementation at all companies in Fraport’s group. With regards to this, in 2009 Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD accepts to be guided by the values and behavior standards in the group, aiming to encourage the ethical attitude of the employees and business partners, and sanction the cases where the basic values and behavior standards are violated.
Implementing the Value Management System we would like to establish standards of commitment for supporting the values in our organization. The correct work and behavior of all employees and business partners is of utmost importance. Honesty, Integrity, trustworthiness, responsibility, transparency, loyalty, fairness, sustainability, quality, teamwork and innovation are the values which govern our actions, and they are also the values we expect of our business partners. Our aim is that adherence to these values will become a firmly established part of company philosophy.
The Values Management System are enshrined in the Fraport Twin Star’s Standards of Behavior, which lay down our regulations concerning our employees and their observance of the law, the treatment of gifts and other benefits and loyalty to company interests.
