This year Varna Airport welcomed and served more than 1,000,000 passengers!

On December 29, with the flight of Bulgaria Air at 8.34 am to Sofia, the official statistics of passengers served reached 1,000,034 passengers since the beginning of 2021! We are sending off another challenging year with optimism and hope for a speedy recovery of world aviation!

By the end of 2021, the Black Sea airports of Fraport Twin Star achieved a positive growth of the served passengers - of 62% for  Varna Airport, and an increase of 129% for Burgas Airport compared to the previous year. 

Thanks to all the staff at both airports who helped us achieve this success, as well as to all the passengers who chose to travel to and from Fraport Twin Star airports!
