Michael Reusch  is the Chief Executive Officer of Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD, a position he has held since June 2025. Prior to that,  he served as a member of the company’s Supervisory Board.

With over 20 years of experience at Fraport AG, Mr. Reusch has established a distinguished international career across airport management, finance, and large-scale infrastructure investment. He has played a pivotal role in complex global airport transactions, led strategic asset management initiatives across North America and Asia, and held board-level positions in multiple international subsidiaries.

As CEO, he leads the overall management and long-term strategic development of the company, focusing on operational excellence, continuous infrastructure modernization, and the further strengthening of international connectivity.

Mr. Reusch holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law from the University of Applied Sciences Mainz and a degree in Economics from the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.

Rossen Philipov has been acting CFO of Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD since May 2008. Before this, he was the Executive Director of Johnson Controls Electronics Bulgaria EOOD since 2005. Prior to this, he held the position of Financial Director of Carlsberg Bulgaria AD (2004-2005), Chief Executive Officer of Roca Bulgaria AD (1998-2004), and Financial Controller at Kraft Jacobs Suchard Bulgaria AD (1995-1998).

As the company's CFO, Rossen Philipov has led it to record levels of sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.

A holder of a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Audit from the University of Economics - Varna and an MBA in Executive Management from the City University of Seattle, USA.

Nikolay Sekalov has over 15 years of professional experience in the public and private sectors. He has occupied expert positions in the key Bulgarian Ministries of from 2005 to 2011, starting in the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, followed by the former Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism. He is a holder of a Master’s Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, specializing in Management of European Projects.  
As CCO of Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD since 2012, Nikolay Sekalov is responsible for the Concession supervision and management in addition to the operations of the Information Technology, Human Resources & Procurement Departments in the company.
