* By inserting the ticket into an Automated Payment Machine (APM) or visiting the service point at the exit booth a ticket validation could be done in order the parking service duration to be calculated, checked and the amount due to be paid;
The parking service at the parking areas at the relevant airport is free of charge for the first 10 minutes, starting from the moment a ticket has been issued by the parking device. In case the ticket is being validated, before the free 10 minutes expire, and this could be done only one time, additional 5 minutes are provided. Those additional 5 minutes are added at the moment the ticket is being validated and they are not added automatically to the 10 minutes free parking service.
** Up to 40 minutes for persons holding a parking card for individuals with permanent disabilities, according to a standardized Community model requirements set out in the Annex to Council Recommendation 98/376/EC of 4 June 1998 on a parking card for individuals with permanent disabilities or for disabled persons or persons with reduced mobility receiving assistance under Regulation (EC) № 1107/2006 concerning the rights of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility when travelling by air.
*** Each visitor has the right to use the free of charge time up to 2(two) times for a 24- hour period, regardless of the duration of the stay and parking during which the above-described option is used.
**** In case the parking ticket is lost or destroyed the amount due is the price (as per the valid Pricelist) for the actual time of use of the parking services, verified by the APS but no less than 15 EUR / 29.34 BGN.
The visitors pay the amount due for the parking service at the APMs at the relevant airport located as per the scheme applied, via URBO mobile application, by scanning a QR code through MyPOS,or at the service point at the exit booth. After the payment is done the time for exiting the airport is the higher of: 15 minutes or the time left within the prepaid period.
In the case of stay and parking in both zones (the STANDARD zone and the PREMIUM zone), the final price for stay and parking at the public parking area of Varna Airport shall be calculated as the sum of the amounts due under the General Price List for stay and parking in the STANDARD zone pursuant to § 1 and the Price List for stay and parking in the PREMIUM zone pursuant to § 2.
