Fraport Twin Star supports its employees in their desire to acquire new knowledge and to develop in the company.

FTS Training Center offers a huge range of professional and personal development trainings.

Every year more than 8000 employees participate in different training programs provided and funded by the company. The main purpose of these trainings is the development and the improvement of the professional knowledge, skills and competences, which we believe will lead to better performance and higher motivation of the people, working at Varna and Burgas airports.

The Training center has modern training facilities and highly-qualified trainers. It provides certification trainings for internal trainers and coachers, too.

The Language College within the Training center provides trainings in English and Russian.FTS Academy for managers is also well known with its programs for development of specific leadership and management skills. Some of the training programs are developed and performed together with Fraport Academy – Germany by qualified and experienced trainers.

The Career Center in the company focuses on training of employees with high-potential for development in the company and has the goal to create experts and managers by improving their professional and soft skills. The participants in this program deal with key topics in the company and work on specific projects. The three clubs within the Career center provide possibilities of the employees to share knowledge, experience and know-how.
