On 21.09.2022, Varna Airport was a host venue of the most awaited event of Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD with the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK), which was held as an initiative within the annual theme of AHK for 2022 - "Sustainable Economic Growth".

More than 30 representatives of the largest companies in the country had the opportunity to learn more about the activities of the company concessionaire of the two sea airports in Varna and Burgas with a special presentation by Dr. Frank Quante - CEO of Fraport Twin Star and Dimitar Kostadinov - Director of Varna Airport. They presented all the best practices and initiatives related to the sustainable development of the airport. Later all the participants had the rare opportunity to see all the implemented sustainable projects in the airport complex via a special “airside” tour.

This event was another proof of the excellent cooperation between Fraport Twin Star and AHK.
