In connection with publicly expressed positions by representatives of two trade union organizations, the management of Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD reaffirms its respect for employees’ rights as provided by law.

Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD strictly complies with the current Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) signed by all unions last year and valid until 31.12.2025. Negotiations for the new CLA for 2026 will commence as per the established previous year’s practice in close alignment with union organizations in October 2025.

The allegations declared in the media are surprising, given that open dialogue with trade unions has never been interrupted, and mutual exchange continues. In line with established good practices, following our long-standing tradition and amicable relationship, the company seeks constructive dialogue and proactively approaches the unions.
